
For Voergroep Zuid the emphasis of the trajectory was not only on recalibrating the strategy but especially on making the execution concrete. Both the executive board and the Supervisory Board stressed the importance of a strategy that is directly applicable in practice.
In the final step of the Strategy CUBE the strategy was translated into concrete actions. The chosen strategic options were worked out in strategy maps inspired by the OGSM method. These set out: concrete actions, clear responsibilities (ownership) and links with objectives.
The strategy maps form the bridge between strategy and day-to-day steering. By connecting them to the planning and control cycle, execution is structurally embedded in the organisation.
The result is a strategy that not only sets direction but is also directly executable. Thanks to the concrete translation into actions and ownership, implementation is secured and delivery is actively steered.
