How long do we keep your data?

Jester Group BV does not retain your personal data for longer than strictly necessary to realise the purposes for which the data is collected. When the data is no longer needed, or at your request, we delete it within 3 months.

Who do we share your data with?

Jester Strategy BV does not sell your data to third parties and only shares it if this is necessary to perform our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With parties that process your data on our behalf we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality. Jester Group BV remains responsible for these processing activities.

Jester Group BV only uses technical and functional cookies, and analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. Jester Group BV takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. Jester Group BV has taken the following measures to secure your personal data:

  • TLS (formerly SSL), We send your data over a secured internet connection. You can recognise this by the 'https' in the address bar and the padlock icon.
  • DKIM, SPF and DMARC, Three internet standards we use to prevent you from receiving emails in our name that contain viruses, are spam, or are intended to obtain personal (login) data.
  • DNSSEC, An additional security layer (on top of DNS) for translating a domain name into the corresponding IP address; it is provided with a digital signature.

Changes

This Privacy Statement may be amended. Changes to this Privacy Statement will be published on the website.
