Growth strategy from start-up to scale-up

We are Keen is a young Amsterdam-based business fully focused on recruitment solutions. After the first successful years of growth, it became increasingly important to use that success for growth and expansion. From start-up to scale-up, in other words.

Through a number of Strategy Challenge sessions with both the founders and the management team, Jester Strategy helped set a new course. We did so by clearly defining where Keen's real strength lies and using that for further growth, at the expense of other initiatives. Making choices and creating focus was one of the most important breakthroughs that allowed the business to face growth with confidence.

Strategy is about making (difficult) choices, and Jester Strategy supported Keen in that, but also challenged them on it.
