How will people eat at work in the future?

Vitam is one of the market leaders and leading businesses in facilities catering. This is a market that has been affected by the Covid pandemic, but is also dealing with a number of other developments, such as demand for healthy and sustainable food, competition from new players and concepts, and eating at work as part of being a good employer. Vitam had already thought its strategy through carefully, but given the many uncertainties in the market, it wanted to test that strategy for future-readiness and gather extra ideas to keep its leading position.

To gather ideas for the future and test current ideas, Jester Strategy supported Vitam through a series of accessible scenario sessions. Learning about and from the future, mainly by doing together. Step by step the leadership team thought about several futures in which Vitam might have to operate. More importantly, the team held good discussions about the opportunities and risks hidden in the future, and gathered ideas the business could focus on in the years ahead.
