Executive strategy programme

TecqGroep specialises in placing technical staff. The environment for the organisation is changing fast, and as a business TecqGroep wants to keep being able to respond. That asks executives and managers to take a clear role and develop a view on the strategic direction.

Jester Strategy developed a Strategy Development Programme specifically for senior management within TecqGroep. The programme consisted of five half-day masterclasses in which we took the group through the world of strategy. Throughout the trajectory we challenge the current strategy of the organisation and the group works on an advice to the executive and the supervisory board.
