Strategy development and depth

Strukton Integrale Projecten was looking for further depth and sharpening of their current strategy. They wanted a professional partner who would challenge the management on the stated strategic objectives. With the current developments in the market and their ambitions for further growth, they wanted to challenge their strategy. Is the strategy complete, does it anticipate change in the environment enough, and is it translated well into the organisation?

In a few compact sessions we sharpened Strukton Integrale Projecten's strategy. They wanted to work on their strategy themselves. For that reason we helped them on their way by looking at which analyses mattered. Strukton Integrale Projecten then carried out internal and external analyses themselves. The results were challenged and sharpened in the sessions, after which we looked together at the implications and conclusions. By connecting the analyses and mapping out their strategic implications, we sharpened Strukton's strategy further. Through OGSM we not only sharpened the strategy but also translated it well into the organisation.
