Joint course development
To hold course in a changing societal and governmental context, the Royal Association of Municipal Services Netherlands (Stadswerk Nederland) wanted to work with its members, office and board on a clear and well-supported view of the future. The wish was not only to set strategic direction, but also to translate it in a practical way to the day-to-day reality of the association. In Jester Strategy, Stadswerk found a partner that thought along, connected the parties involved and helped turn ideas into concrete choices for the years ahead.
