
The Dutch media landscape is in full motion. RTL Nederland wanted to use a strategic foresight exercise, drawing on scenario planning, to get a better view of the possible developments in the market for tv-spot and online video advertising.
The scenarios formed the basis for developing a new commercial strategy, including an implementation plan with concrete handles.
