Benchmarking for insight and strategic grounding

How do you give your members insight into their performance and help them be more successful? NEVAT is the association of ambitious suppliers and wants to support its members where it really matters: their business. NEVAT has had a benchmark for members for years. Together with Innovox & Partners, Jester developed an online version of the benchmark: faster, more user-friendly, more modern, less error-prone.

The benchmark gives entrepreneurs insight into their scores on important indicators. On a clear dashboard the entrepreneur sees at a glance their scores on 28 key indicators and how they score against other businesses in the sector. From there they can work with NEVAT's business coach to decide where and how to improve.

The benchmark is fully configurable. The business coach is the administrator and can add or deactivate questions and add new categories. Through masterclasses, coaching and online tools we help entrepreneurs discover key developments in the sector, build concrete plans with the OGSM model, and gain insight into their organisation's capacity for change.
