Strategy development in three steps

Modexpress has taken important steps in its profiling and positioning in recent years. With the annual planning cycle and a new corporate film on the horizon, it was time to sharpen the direction, the core values and the plans again. Modexpress was looking for a way to be challenged concretely and pragmatically so that the leadership team's view of the situation and their plans would line up.

Through a short but powerful trajectory of three strategic sessions over four weeks, we got to work together. Using practical, interactive formats, we made the leadership team think in each session. In three half-days the leadership arrived at a shared view of the strategy, containing: a shared objective, a clear picture of the playing field, an answer to what makes the organisation genuinely unique, four grounded core values with a concrete definition, the main strategic pillars for realising the objective, and a concrete translation into a strategic action plan. A solid basis for drawing up the departmental plans as well.
