
MidZuid wants to keep supporting people with a development question on their way to work. To keep doing this well in the future too, MidZuid wanted to arrive at a clear and well-supported strategy. They were looking for a strong process partner with a fresh, objective and critical eye: a party that fits MidZuid, thinks along and can flex to what the process asks for.
Jester Strategy supported MidZuid with a structured approach that made room for substantive conversations and careful decision-making. Together with MidZuid we started a carefully designed trajectory towards a new strategy, in which among other things the main strategic challenges were identified, relevant trends and external developments mapped, the business model analysed and strategic options explored. When it became clear during the trajectory that adjustment was needed, the process was reshaped flexibly so as to arrive at a result that best fitted MidZuid's needs at that moment.
