
IBN works every day for everyone who needs extra support into and within paid work, in whatever form. In a turbulent environment IBN has held its ground well over the past years, but renewing choices are needed. With its sights set on 2030, IBN is looking for a long-term strategy that allows it to anticipate change.
The Strategy Cube provided the inspiration for the approach. Throughout the trajectory we worked closely together to go through the process while also involving the supervisory board, the management team, the shareholders and the partners of IBN. We sought collaboration with these stakeholders in particular for formulating the strategic challenges and generating creative options. Together with the management we made choices and arrived at a fitting strategy with a translation into delivery.
