We are Jester Strategy. A bunch of travellers, book writers, drink lovers, hobby cooks, parents, runners, DIYers, devoted cyclists, less devoted cyclists and Christmas tree decorators. Together we're building a growing strategy consultancy bursting with curiosity, creativity and analytical sharpness.

Jester Strategy
Jester Strategy is a growing consultancy that helps organisations choose direction and stay on course. Together with our clients we build strategies that work in practice. We challenge, mirror and imagine the future with scenario planning and strategic reflection.
Our name was not chosen by accident. The Jester, the king's fool, was independent, sharp-witted and had the courage to hold up a mirror to the king. That's exactly what we do too: with humour, imagination and a fresh perspective we help organisations think strategically and act decisively.
Are you a Jester?
As a strategy consultant you translate ideas and analyses into clear concepts and inspiring stories. You research, analyse and discover patterns that give direction. You combine substance, story and form to really move clients forward.
Together with colleagues you facilitate strategic sessions with management teams. You enjoy moving across different layers of an organisation, think critically, ask sharp questions and articulate complex issues clearly. You use data and visualisations to bring insights to life.
You don't have to be an expert in all the sectors our clients operate in; we are experts in shaping strategy. At Jester we work together using clear methods for strategy creation, scenario planning and strategic planning, and you get plenty of room to develop your own styles and preferences within them.
